Hi, I'm trying to link the BOM item number to part propreties so that the title block will be able to show which balloon references the part on the general assembly.
Is it going to look like similar code as to when your linking a demension value into the parts propeties?? example...
Do scsi harddrives greatly improve system proformance with solidworks? Also, can any recommend any sys settings with winXP that will contribute to large assembly models?
I've tryed using the Map function. It works very well, for some drawings. Im not sure why some drawings come out with the proper colour, and why some dont. For some drawings it will covert hidden lines to continues ones, (using same map file as ones that work). Because its iradic, its difficult...
When bringing in a drawings from SW to Autocad, colours dont seem to match. Also trying to get demensions and object colours configure is just plan difficult.
Any suggestions working with colours with SW2004?
There doesnt seem to be an icon in 2004 for smart mates. I found them alot faster then using the conventional mate icon. Anyone know anything about this?
thanks
Matt
THE DEFAULT SHORTCUT IS "C". I CANT SEEM TO GET IT TO WORK THO. ALSO, WHEN USING THE VEW FEATURES/DEPENDANCES SHORTCUT, (VERY USEFUL BTW) IT ONLY SEEMS TO WORK WHEN THE FEATURE TREE IS SPLIT, AND ONLY ON THE BOTTOM ONE.
ANY HELP, AND SUGGESTION ON OTHER USEFUL SHORTCUTS ARE WELCOME...
