You can select all the dimensions to add to your layer by changing the "Smart" filter in the bottom right hand corner of Wildfire to "Dimensions", then drag a box over the whole drawing.

Rather than making a small flange wall on the sloping side of the trapezium, make a full wall like the one opposite, and then cut it back to produce the flange.

You need a drawing view flat onto the holes, and a co-ordinate system in that view with its z-axis normal to that view.

Ed, I've tried setting up a combined state with shading and HLR on different components, and using that state in a drawing view, and it doesn't seem to work. I think this is a bug. John

Set the config.pro option: file_open_default_folder working_directory and this will cure the problem.

A picture of the part would help. Have you tried add a flange wall using all the edges rather than a flat wall?

The Z-axis of your co-ordinate system needs to be in the same direction as the axis of the holes.
