Ed has got it. 572 has a tensile strength of about 10-15% higher than a36. This will allow better cuts, nice curled chips. Run more feed and less speed in gummy materials. But this 1045 steel will probably machine the best of the three.

dont let the dealer side step this issue. They have someone that can help. otherwise they wouldnt have conversational. try contacting another dealer or the factory engineers.

Go with a solid state relay, this should give you good isolation with excellent reliability.
I am an automation troubleshooter and the first 2 things i look for in most any problem is (grounds for circuits, and things in the circuit that move.(ie. switches, relays with moving parts, fans etc.)...
