    59N, residual overvoltage protection (broken delta, voltage displacement, etc.) But, it is common detection for whole system. You can use Varmetric, IosinF0 for feeder detection.

    Good explanation of erdep!!! Saiedsadat, take in account, 400V is solid ground. important point: EN 50522:2010 Earthing of power installations exceeding 1 kV a.c.

    Do not need make such calculation in the 400V level with TNS system. Earth current is back via PEN. You have calculated on the 20kV side only.
