    I think SW Sheet Metal Can Unfold only straight parts, any slight curve won't be acceptable.

    If you did create the Block in AutoCAD and insert them in SWx, you will have a lot of problems with you file size and speed.

    Hi; I believe to have better control of your Design any PDM software will help you a Lot, there are some for Free. Implementing PDM will help you to work with the latest version of the Parts and or Assy.

    I have Part which has a Weld Bead which I would want to be visible, but I don't want the weld label/symbol visible.Hard to see in the Main Assembly with all this info for all the Parts.
