4330 mod 150KSI seal area

Hi, I'm not an ENG or MAT ENG so go gentle.
Is there a process/application/weld where Haynes Ultimet USN R31233 can be applied onto a stem made from 4330 mod. Application of UNS R31233 would act as a seal surface for down-hole running equipment in Oil & Gas.

I see some typos.... Haynes Ultimet UNS R31233 is the material I am wondering about. If it can be bonded to 4330 mod (150 KSI).

Sure it can. The real issue is what you will do to the HT condition of the 4330.
If you do this as weld overlay you will have to pre-heat first, and then temper afterwards.
My real question is why not make the entire stem form Ultimet?
