_FROM command modifier no longer working

I had to change my computer, and now the sub-command _FROM won't work anymore. It doesn't show any line from the temporary base point and keeps still "coming" from the original base point. Any ideas how to get it working again?

I've tried enabling and disabling any settings that could be somehow related to this and re-installed whole program but nothing works.

Is the command still listed in your Customize Command List? If not then you could try to add it.
Other than in that one location, I can't find any other reference to the command.

Thanks for help, but the command is already there.

Also it seems to recognize the command partially but simply doesn't snap to the point: after clicking/writing "from", the command windows shows the line "Base point(Offset)".
