how to calculate or find A269 tubes 316L tube hydrotest pressure for all size when you have OD and WT.

Design code determines the hydrotest. Or do you mean the test pressure required by ASTM A269?

If you mean just the tubes look in A1016, they didn't want to repeat this information in 14 different specs.
