API 520, 7th Ed. = No External Fire Sizing??

I noticed that between the 6th and 7th editions of API 520, part 1, that External Fire sizing on process vessels has been omitted. Specifically, the 6th edition includes 'Appendix D-Determination of Fire-Relief Requirements' wherein the heat load due to fire on the wetted vessel surfaces can be calculated. In the 7th edition, this appendix as apparently been omitted. I realize that NFPA/CGA/ANSI can be used for storage vessels, but what source do we use now for heat input to process vessels?

API STD 521 contains fire sizing information for pressure vessels.
