Does any body have a copy of the ASME interpretation 8-1-95-38. I have the last three issues of ASME VIII but this page is missing.

Hello, Bogu!
This interpretation has to do with VIII-1, Appendix 2, Applicability for Designing Autoclaves and Hydroclaves,
Issued on January 20, 1995.
The question was if the rules presented in Section VIII, Division 1, Appendix 2 were applicable for the design of special autoclave and hydroclave closures.
The reply was no, see U-2(g) and UG-35.
