Hello,

Is there a way to associate the Face Analysis - Slope to a vector or lets say the current z-axis?

This way, when I rotate the vector or the current wcs, the analysis update right away.

The short answer is no.
I don't know of anything in NX that gets associated to the WCS, and while there are many ways to specify a vector in face analysis, the analysis is not associated to the vector you pick. There is an interesting option in face analysis, you can specify a vector by expression (at least it is there in NX6). However, even when the expression changes, the analysis doesn't automatically update.

It would be nice to have that option specially when trying to figure out the draft of a molded part.

I am currently designing a window garnish and I have to rotate the wcs, then go to face analysis slope then update the vector to current z-axis to see the result.

Have you tried...

Analysis -> Shape -> Draft...

Below is a video showing how this works (note that while the video was taken during an NX 6.0 session, it works virtually the same in NX 5.0).
