How do I constrain the radii on bridge curves? The radius contraint box is always grayed out no matter what options I pick.

Even after I select the curves it is still grayed out. The curves are co-planar by the way. In the help file it says curves must be co-planar.

The Radius Constraint 'Type' has to be changed from 'None' to either 'Minimum' or 'Maximum' before the 'Value' item is ungrayed. Also, the 'Constraint Type' of the Bridge Curve has to be set to at least 'G1 (Tangent)' before you can impose a Radius Constraint.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

How do I change the type? is it in the customer defaults? grayed out box won't let me do anything and I have G1 selected.

You have to expand the section of the Bridge Curve dialog labeled 'Radius Constraint' per the attached image (showing what your dialog should look like) which was taken from an NX 6.0 session. Check it out and see if this is what you're seeing.
