Calculate lifting steel

Dear expert
I am a new member of the calculation of steel social
and I have the part of lifting gear for lifting Silo as picture
Anyone can guide me to solve the strengths of steel plate can be lifting leading equipment
Please see the details and pictures in the file attached file.

Silo weight 11T
Material base of steel plate is SS400
and Stud bolt M33x150 grade 8.8

Typically, for design of the lug itself, and the lug-pin connection, I'll use ASME BTH (which is not strictly applicable to these items, but is still useful for the purpose.)
For line loads on a steel shell, Bednar's pressure vessel handbook has one approach.
Various other WRC-107-type approaches can be used as well.

there's a software called (MecaLug)that you can find it easily in LAVTEAM website, i usually use it in designing lifting lug as case you proposed.
