I have a 7" vacuum-formed part that I have to put rough dimensions on it so a vendor can build it. I used the sketch-text tool to create text, then used the "Offset From Surface" option on the extruded-cut tool.

I should be able to right-click the sketch text and edit the font type and size but am unable to do this. Attached is the SW 09 file, and the culprit is feature "Extrude4".

Are you not able to edit sketch-texts if you offset from a surface or is this a new bug?

Thanks CBL, I tried double-clicking the letter, the insertion point, etc. and it didn't work but picking where you said worked.

Eltron thanks for looking, I can use all the help I can get.

Strange thing is, I created a second extrude-cut with a new sketch-text and it was selectable as per normal.

You have to select below and to the left because the text was rotated 180 deg. Odd thing about SW.
I find it easier to use a construction line to help control the location of text.
Draw a construction line then enter the sketch text command, in the box that says curves select the sketch line.

Thanks Bwaggoner, simple solution and I didn't think to draw a straight line for the curves option.
