Can't Dimension to Circle Center in Sketch

I'm sketching a circle (hole) and need to dimension to the center line of a slot on another plane. I choose Horizontal Dimension, hover over the sketched circle, but no option to choose center. It keeps trying to dimension from tangent. Also same action when hovering over slot on other plane.

If I switch to the line tool on the same menus bar, I immediately get numerous option feedbacks on the same slot or circle, allowing to sketch from quad point or center point. What gives?

Stupid Friday question. Sketch was fully constrained. Would not allow additional dimension.

Make sure your point selection toolbar has centerpoints toggled on and see if that fixes it
