Can anyone recommend me any high precision tool manufacturers who are able to hold 0,0002 inch tolerences on cnc lathe work around europe?

What is this tolerance on; an OD, an ID, parallelism, flatness, radius, straightness, taper, thread? What is the material being machined? How many parts are being machined?

Bill

The part is a gate insert for a closure mold with a taper at the back of the part. The insert numbers will vary from 24 to 48 parts per set and we will need new sets regularly for the new customers with different logos. However we are thinking of working on different parts as cores, stripper rings, sliders etc. if we are happy with the manufacturers abilities.
Best Regards,

I thought you were looking for a machine tool manufacturer now I understand you want a tool shop. I am not familiar with people in Europe. Parts of that tolerance are usually precision ground and not turned.

I agree with BillPSU, that type of tolerance is not appropriate for CNC lathe turning. You should have the part rough machined using a CNC lathe, and then finished by precision grinding. I am in the US, so I cannot assist with any vendor names either.
