Commissioning standards

I just wanted to find out if anyone knows if there is an API standard or similar for commissioning (particularly for a tank farm).

I am not aware of any particular standard dedicated to commissioning. See for example:

I also think that there is no standard specific to commissioning of tank farms, but API STD 2610 Design, Construction, Operation, Maintenance, and Inspection of Terminal and Tank Facilities can give a lot of good tank farm checklist items. It has a section on pre-startup safety and operational inspection, but is general in nature.

It's quite suprising to me that API doesn't have commissioning standards, they even have standards on hydrotesting tanks (API 650). Thanks for the help!
