Does anyone have any document showing how to design concrete heel block for the bottom end of the raker, step by step?

Thanks PEinc for reply, but attached file doesn't have enough information.

Perhaps I'm doing it wrong (entirely likely) but I've always determined the required area for both the vertical and lateral component, proceeded to make them cubic based on the worst case side sizing required, and then double checked that the raker won't punch through the chunk of concrete (almost never governs unless you've got super strong soil properties).

I keep my raker braces at no flatter than 30 degrees below horizontal, usually no steeper than 33.7 degrees (1.5H:1V), make them relatively cubic (as wide as thick to prevent bending, and check the bearing. Never had a problem with passive resistance or lateral movement.
