Hi,

I am using contact manager to generate contact surfaces for sliding motion between two continuously contacting surfaces. The target surface is to be rigid, however, when I start contact manager, the "rigid" option is greyed out. I can only choose between "flexible" and "pilot node". Any idea why this is so?

I believe, that there has to be an unmeshed area, that can be pointed as a rigid target.
Thus yout target has be unmeshed in order to be rigid.

Hi Kottier,

Thanks for your rely. I'll try this and let you know if it works for me.

Thanks,
