Cover weld line with Paint?

Is it possible to cover weld line with spray paint?
material: PC-ABS with surface finish VDI 3400 24 texture

Yes, but you will need to apply a primer first to protect the PC/ABS from solvent attack. Will affect finish too.

Hi Pud, thank you for you response.
I have a part which was originally molded with C1 surface finish. We discovered a weld line and tried to conceal it with Vdi3400 18 texture (Not vdi3400 24). However, the weld line appears to be worse (visually). The molder maker offer us the solution of using a rougher texture. I am worried that if the rougher texture will make the weld line worse? BTW, is it possible to undo the mold texture?
 
Weld lines tend to be designed in due to part design (e.g. think of a picture frame), tool design and gating and venting position. You also have a material which is prone to weld lines.
