Cracks in Rigid Frame Bridge Wall

These pictures are from a rigid frame bridge 54.5 feet span with 5 feet high walls and 45 degree skew and 31.5 feet wide. These cracks happened after all precast units had been set and only self weight is load?

You'll probably get a better reply on the Structural Engineering general discussion. Was this designed in Staad.Pro originally?

Seth, Yes this was modeled with STAAD PRO and I have changed the boundary conditions and the model shows high stress on inside wall.

Thanks for all replies on this thread, I just received a reply from a review of these spalled cracks from a PE and they are not structural!

Edward1, you may still want to post this on Structural Engineering general discussion. I would be very interested to hear what concrete experts have to say about this. I'm a steel designer so I have no knowledge but it seems extreme to me.
