customization paper process for other application?

Hello,

I have a process and material that (I think) would fit very well into paper making process.
Of course, some customization will be required.
So, I've got couple questions:
1. Could you suggest professional or company that can assist in implementation of paper process for my material?
2. Where can I do trial runs of the process on paper-making equipment?

A little more data wouldn't hurt, i.e, like what is the material and what is the end product, high quality writing paper,news print, wrapping, cardboard etc etc.

It is something completely different - production of batteries electrodes. Activated carbon instead of pulp.

Can only offer the following - as I understand it, activated carbon is a granular structure whereas paper is made from fibre formed into an interlocking matrix -

There is a simple workaround - adding binding material. As I posted in the first post - I have working process and can produce high-quality articles. The reason I'm asking about paper process is increasing production throughput.
So, again, I would appreciate if you can suggest paper industry specialist who can consult on the process development and some facility that can rent equipment for trial runs.
