Dimensioning a feature that uses a countersink bit 1

Hello there. I am implementing the GD&T standard (ISO) and wanted to know how would I dimension a part that uses a countersink bit. The bit is to be used on a shaft where the cone of a M4 set screw will seat, there are no threads.

You don't need GD&T for a countersink dimension. Just give angle and depth in this case and you're good to go.
