In NX2 and before, you were able to create a line when using Anylsis -> Distance. I can't find this option in NX3. Does anyone here know if it is still available and where it is located?

Hello ewh
To create a line:

Analysis~Distance
Toggle Button " Create Minimum Line = No "
So it reads " Create Minimum Line = Yes "

Have a great day.

ugdom,
I don't see any options or toggle buttons for this in NX3. The only options I see under Analysis -> Distance are:
Distance
Projected Distance
Screen Distance
Length
Measure to a Point
Measure to a Point (locally)

I can find no toggles, only additional icons for these options.

I received the answer on the UG BBS. When you select analysis - distance the static tool bar displays.
On this tool bar there is a save Icon to save the value. If you click on the pull
down next to the icon you will find the option to create line.
