Does anyone know about HVAC equipments life cycle (pumps, chillers, cooling towers, fans, boilers, expantion vessels, etc)? If not, where can i find this information?

You can find a table of estimates for Service Lives of various system components in 1999 ASHRAE Applications Handbook. Chapter 35 'Owning and Operating Costs'

The table gives the median years for particular components based on various surveys throughout the United States.
