Does position tolerace apply at maximum hole size in MMC?

Question.
I have a .125+/010 dia hole that has a true position .010 with MMC.
Does that .010 true position apply at nominal hole size or at maximum hole size.
In other words, do I have .010 true position when the hole is at .135? Or does the true postion tolerance shrink as the hole gets bigger beyond nominal?

For hole at .135 (LMC) - allowable position tolerance = .030;
For hole at .115 (MMC) - allowable position tolerance = .010
