I use Enercalc but am unsure about some calcs. I want to replace my current methed of determining a BASE SHEAR REDUCTION FACTOR. By using Enercalc’s “ASCE 7-02 Seismic Forces” tab; I am unsure what the R-Max-x ration value is in the sub-tab of “Reliability Factor” and unsure of the Table to Bldg Weights under Base Shear & Vert. Distrib. Would the table include floor, partition, roof loads? LL, DD?

The ASCE 7 explains it pretty well. Have you tried that first?
