EPDM search error

I am new to the company and new to EPDM. When I try to do a search in the vault, I get a "You don't have available search cards" error. Anybody know what this means? Our IT department doesn't, we don't have a CAD administrator nor do we have an EPDM support contract. Pretty goofy if you ask me...

Hello dklarz,

I would want to check in the permissions that you have for the required search cards.

Ask IT Team to log in to Solidworks Epdm tool as administrator.

Navigate to users.

Select your user name

Assign the required search card permissions

Also would like to check the user permissions in the assigned user group. And the State permissions.
Note: Refer to EPDM administration manual for details.
