Extracting Weight Info/Exporting To Excel

Hi.

I need to extract some data from a model. I've exported all expressions to .exp file which I later import into a spreadsheet for further analysis.
I'm missing the following data: the weight of component and coordinates of component's centroid.
Is there any way of exporting the above so it can be used in Excel later on?

I'm running NX6 on 64bit Vista.

Analysis -> Measure Bodies...

Make sure Associative is checked. Select the body or bodies you wish to measure an select OK. This will create measurement expressions that can be exported to a spreadsheet. This will not give you center.

You can try Analysis -> Advanced Mass Properties -> Advance Weight Management

This will give center and will allow you to open the results in a spreadsheet.
 
I've managed to get the weight by measuring bodies through expressions menu (I've got some other data extracted this way).
We produce more and more models for stress analysis. They require similar measurements to be taken from different models. I'm trying to simplify the process by creating a part file into which a model can be WAVElinked and then the data can be exported to Excel. I've tried messing around with journals but they are way over my head.
The only measurement I'm missing now is the centroid. I will have a look at advance weight management on Monday, when I get back to work.

The only problem with getting the centroid is that the dimensions to the centroid will need to be relative to something.
If you look at your model after you do:
analysis > measure bodies > toggle associative "on" > select bodies > Ok
You will see a point someplace in the model. That is the centroid. How you define it (what to dimension to) is up to you.
 
All the models I use are already positioned as they would be in an assembly. What I'm looking for is the the distance from the WCS. I'm only bothered about the z direction.
