Folks,

Is tr in Fig UCS-66.2, the UG-27/UG-28 calculation (ta in UG-45) or final tUG-45? If it is UG-27/UG-28, can it be below UG-16 Minimum value?

ta (UG-45) = t (UG-27/28) + CA
