Some cores 3" (diameter) and 6" (length) have been taken (horizontally) from existing concrete columns. What would you recommend to fill the hole? Is there any recommended specification from ACI? Using an epoxy based primer to bond new and existing concrete is correct? Thanks for your advice.

EDIT - I would go with the product pvchabot posted. I've never heard of it before, many thanks!

If you're looking for ACI references you want ACI 301 (Specs for Concrete) or ACI 563 (Building Repair)

ACI 301 1.6.5.3.c said:
Fill core holes with low-slump concrete or mortar of a strength equal to or greater than the original concrete.

The spec sheet for MasterFlow 928 states that the bond strength is equal to the concrete shear strength. Bonding agent is not necessary.

I went back and reread the datasheet and was unable to find what I had stated before. I know it was there 3 years ago because it was the subject of some discussion in the office. However, it does still provide a bond stress value.
