Flatten Solid Part File 2

That part needs special software to flatten. It is not bent as a traditional bent part would be. It is more of a rolled part.
If you need it to be flat, you will need to obtain software used for the composite industry that can layout the slight curvature of your part into a flat piece.

When you have NX Sheet Metal, switch to application Sheet Metal:
- Menu -> Insert -> Convert -> Convert to Sheet Metal (don't need the Wizard)
- Menu -> Insert -> Flat Pattern -> Flat Pattern (or .. Solid)
The result is plausible I think, but I miss the bend center line.
On the first view your part looked like a bit twisted or conic, but I think it's cylindric. It has a huge "bend" radius, but if rolled or bent is no big deal in the CAD software. Of course how to manufacture it. I assume the bend axis is sloped to the part.
