Hello,
I have a heat transfer as follows:
a coil with steam heats a tank of soda. There is a control loop. I have a temperature instrument and according to this a control valve opens so that the desired temperature has to be in the tank according to how much steam is enters the coil or not.
The problem is that this loop doesn't work efficiently meaning that the valve never opens enough so that enough steam enters the coil to heat up the soda inside the tank. And when it opens the temperature is already overshooted.
I add that the tank doesn't have any mixing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
