Hello Guys,

Choosing the right AutoCAD software can be confusing. I still have to decide whether I will move forward with AutoCAD or possibly go to a solution that leans more toward full BIM. What should I do?
Please suggest me.

There is no "right" CAD software, there are just many choices.

Figure out what function you Need and which you Want.
Now you can sort software and exclude those that don't give you what you Need.
That was the easy bit ! Then it is comparing the soft issues ...
What price ? What level of commitment ?
How easy to use ?
How well supported ? Help desk and local support.
How well maintained and updated ?
(and the last, being your question) What is the attitude of users ?

Where are you ?
Are you very price sensitive ?
Do you want/need a major distributor (like Windows) or will smaller companies (like Linux) work for you. Yes, I have used software developers as an adjunct for CAD developers.

When in doubt get both? Revit LT suite has Revit LT and AutoCAD LT and a reasonable yearly price. It's hard to say as rb1957 noted without knowing more about what you do.
