How to define axisymmetric coupled thermal-electrical-structural elements?

Hi,

I'm trying to do an axisymmetric coupled eletrical-structural analysis in Abaqus 2017, for which I select the "CoupledThermalElectricalStructuralStep". However, there are no "Coupled thermal-electrical-structural elements" available to do the simulation.

For the 3D case, there are a bunch available, such as the Q3D8 element (

For the axisymmetric case, all I find is Coupled thermal-electrical elements (

I only need the electrical-structural part, not the thermal part. Do I have to define these elements myself and, if so, how can I do that? Which other options are available?
