how to place PC3D (SPH) elements in abaqus

hello every body,
i want to model impact problem by SPH technique. for that their is .inp (parametric file) available in the tutes of abaqus 6.11 now that file is not importable in abaqus. i have 2 questions for u...
1. is it possible in some way that i can import the parametric file to abaqus. (file attached)
2. how do i place the PC3D ( SPH elements) elements in my problem
