Can someone please tell me how to read an air flow curve? I've included a link.

you should direct your question to the mfg of the equipment for confirmation.

x-axis: flow rate of fluid
y-axis: most likely discharge pressure of fluid based on a specified inlet condition and at a specified rpm.

inlet conditions are not known . . .

speed of fan is not known . . .
