i am just in begining stage of hvac design and need some guidance.
i have done heat load calculation for a 3 storied residential building.
my total heat load is 80TR.
I have done duct sizing by equal friction methode( using CFM and recomended FPM).
now, i want to select a chiller . could some one please guide me how to do this?

don't do that! find a mentor and stick to him for at least couple of years if you want to become any sort of hvac professional. self-learning is recommendable only after you attend good apprenticeship.

are you sure you use a chiller in residential building? I mean what are your zone units? Fan coils? Technically nothing wrong with that, but since you don't have much experience I figured I rather ask before you do something wrong.

What is your building footprint? 80 tonne cooling load is significant. You can do a lot of preliminary work yourself but getting an experienced engineer to review it can keep you out of trouble.
