Cruise ship? Container ship? Tanker? Bulk cargo? Military?

No, you cannot use building calculation methods.

See:

ASHRAE Applications Handbook,

Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers Technical and Research Bulletin 4-16

and

ISO 7547

for starters.

mmm ok thanks... however i like to know the calculation method for cooling load in ship (vessels), i have the SNAME calculation method but is very old...
Is there another calculation method? or a upgrade of SNAME method?

Thanks

mmm ok

Did you look at either of the other references I suggested?

Yes i look, except the ISO, becuase i have to buy it, thanks
