I am trying to define HVAC groups to put multiple buildings into workable groups and need a second opinion of this arrangement, so get you 2cents out and let me know.
I welcome any additional HVAC systems that might be added to these groups as well.

What are you trying to accomplish?
Your list is a wall of text and it is difficult to find and focus on one group or another.

Its a maintenance list...
CMMS, work order planning & scheduling, a list of equipment, but you have soooo much work you have to "group" them into some kind of organized lists to do.

That request makes more sense then. But you should try to make this more functional from the start, making groups based on some subjective similarities may not be helpful in the end. Maybe you’d be better off creating a list of all your current/typical maintenance tasks and work orders - and then list the equipment that falls into that group (a lot of equipment will fall in multiple groups). Filter change would be an easy example - then you list all the equipment you have that needs change outs then maybe even sub group it into change frequencies and MERV and then that would become a list you could hand off and someone could efficiently go through all the filters and onto the next type of activity.
