However, coil options (such as face area, quantity of rows, tube diameter, fin types and spacings and circuiting) that affect sensible heat ratio are generally limited to just a few choices for fan coil units, while unlimited choices for coils in air handling units offer much greater flexibility to alter latent capacity.
thanks . i m asking about if there is a humidity sensors could be use at fcu's and those senseros of course controlled by a ddc. in another way can i use a fcu's system at a place which humidity ratio is raising up continuously like a gym?

Yes, you can modulate the dehumidifcation capacity of a chilled water coil (in either an air handling unit or fan coil unit) using a DDC system that receives input from a relative humidity sensor. Of course, the control algorithm in the DDC system would need to be programmed with your desired priority for humidity control compared to temperature control.
