Importing from Catia to Excel

I have a geometrical set with more than 500 points points in catia. Now I have to import the x,y,z value of each points to an excel sheet. Although doing it manually is an option, I feel that is not productive. If you guys can suggest any method to do this it would be of great help. The solution can be an macro also. Please suggest

Hi thanks ferdo, dint find this before. I think it will work since my catia version is v5 r20.
