I have few sheets, tangent to each other, (extruded, tc mesh,...) which are sewed. This sewed sheets are thickened (I had to increase the tolerance a bit, to be able to do that). Now i need intersection curves of that new surface (which is "offset" created by thicken). Problem is that I keep getting gaps between resulting curves. Can't use them. Join doesn't help.
Also what is the best way, or if you could give me some tips, to achieve constant thickness when surface is complex...made of several sewed sheets. Because shell or thicken or offset often fails. It seems that increasing tolerance may help, but produce problems later. Or I'm wrong?
Thanks
