ISO question (CZ and UZ)

Is it legal to use CZ and UZ in the same feature control frame (for profile or position) ? I searched for specific examples with no lack of finding any.
(ISO 1660, ISO 5458, ISO 1101, or others)

If okay, how the feature control frame would look like

Profile| 3 UZ -1 CZ| A|B|C|
or
Profile| CZ 3 UZ -1 CZ|A|B|C|


Position for a plannar surface
3X Position|0.5 UZ -1 CZ|A|B|
or
3X Position |CZ 0.5 UZ -1|A|B|
