LCD or VFD suppliers for automotive applications? 1

Could anyone give me some help to find sources of LCD or VFD suppliers to be used in instrument panels as odometer and clock?

Have you gotten anywhere with your search? i have also been looking for something similar. I have found that Delphi is developing one for Mercedes right now, and the Cadillac STS SAE 100 prototype car has one that is made by a company called "Promate".

As a matter of fact I got it, but don't remember the brand. We looked in Chinese custom made LCDs and found a company who proposed a good deal. If I remember correctly it was Xiamen Ocular (Spellin????)

They charged almost 4000 USD for tooling and then we went on mass production after adjustments.
