Hi, I´ve some problem with defining Young´s modul for classic solder (SnPb)...I´ve found that it should be about 30GPa, but in all APDL files which is dealing with this problem I´ve found about 60000...

Please can somebody help? Thanks a lot!

If you mean in ANSYS, it should be normal SI system...so for Young´s modulus it´s Pascal...

Depends on the unit system you have specified and also the unit system specified in the examples you are looking at.

Thanks for reply. I hope I´ve figured it out.

I think, that they used a uMKS units instead of SI.
