Max If function

I have a spreadsheet for a snooker league I am trying to correct (in particular finding the maxium breaks and name of person) for each week (up to 7 matches a week for around 14 weeks at the moment).

I have attached a sample sheet here, if anyone can let me know what formula I need to put in column F & G that would be great. I have tried many combinations of MAX and IF statements, but can't get it to work. Shame they dont have a MAXIF function like the SUMIF.

Isn't it funny, that as soon as you ask the light bulb comes on.
Needed to be an array formula - all sorted
