Mechanical Well in a Hip Roof

I have a building roof that spans roughly 58'-0" with a roof slope of 5/12. However, right in the middle of the truss there is a flat section for a mechanical well. I am trying to come up with a reasonable additional wind load that would be applied due to this mechanical well, if any. Any thoughts? I might be tempted to add 10% or so to the leeward roof pressure but I don't think there'd be much added to the lateral force of the building.

Can you treat the two sides as separate monoslope trusses, then see what happens when you put them back to back? I assume that JAE estimate of 10% increase is probably close.
