Need to set up a concrete cure room

I have my concrete cylinders curing in a cure tank. Now we're out growing it and my company is looking at constructing a cure room. I find bits and pieces as far as parts to cool and temrecording ect. But there is no site anywhere that tells you how to make one. I know there is several ways but were looking at a temporary cure room something to last atleast 5 - 10 years. Any help would be great.
