Nodelock License

I received node-locked licenses from PTC and I was wondering how to load them onto individual machines I have. Can someone please help me?

How are they node-locked?
If they are locked by FlexNet using IP address or NIC card address, just load FlexNet on each computer and install each license into a folder under the install.

Yes they are locked using the NIC card address.
How do I load Flexnet? Is it a utility in the install directory?
do you have a step by step.
